Ronald Eagle is the President of U.S. Operations for HQ Aero Management (US) Inc.  HQ Aero began operations as an aviation staffing and recruiting company in June of 2000, in Clarksburg, West Virginia. 

Prior to becoming the President of HQ Aero Management (US) Inc., Ron had acquired 25 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, program management, aviation sales and marketing, and contract administration. His days as an avionics systems specialist on the F-15 Eagle and the C-23 B+ also played a key role in his aviation industry indoctrination. Over the years, he has been directly responsible for operations management, quality assurance, maintenance, production planning, and program management for many different aircraft including the De-Havilland Dash-8 and the Army’s C-23B+ cargo aircraft. Ron served 23 years  in the military, 10 years active duty with the United States Air Force and the remainder 13 years with the West Virginia Army National Guard. Ron was activated while on active duty for Grenada, Panama and Desert Storm. Ron was later deployed in 2004 to Iraq with the West Virginia National Guard 1/201st Field Artillery in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After 23 years of service, Ron retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 and transitioned into the civilian aviation world.

 Ron currently serves on the Regional Airlines Association(RAA) Board of Directors Maintenance Council, City of Bridgeport Economic Development Council, and the SBA National Regulatory Fairness Council. 

 Ron is an active member of the American Legion in Bridgeport, Disabled Veterans of America Chapter in Fairmont  and a life member of the Clarksburg VFW.  Ron is the WV State Treasurer officer for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. Ron is also a graduate of the Bridgeport Citizen Police Academy volunteering as a VIP member.
